29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks; On or about February 06, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 1901 S. Main Street, Grapevine, Texas; employees operated a Jet drill press, serial number JT5906, with no guard over the rotating parts exposing employees to struck-by, caught-in and amputation hazards.
