29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were not kept in covered containers when not actually in use: a) Spray Finishing: Category 2 flammable liquids, such as, but not limited to, Sherwin Williams lacquer thinner (R7K120) and Sherwood Kemlac, were not kept in closed containers, when not in use. The employer did not ensure that containers of Category 2 flammable liquids were kept covered, when not in use, on or about 2/5/20.
