OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from potential hazards that could cause or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to explosion hazards: On or about February 5, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees that worked on or near the Bonfiglioli Grinding Mill Shredder where scrap, such as but not limited to, compressed gas cylinders and inflammable materials were shredded.
