Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available. a) On January 26, 2020, from 2:00am until 0300am, the employer did not ensure an injured employee that had fallen and could not get up received treatment. The employee fell around 8:00pm on January 25, 2020 and assistance did not arrive until 3:05am on January 26, 2020.
