OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards from combustible grain dust during operation of bucket conveyors and related equipment. (a) Elevator department, during operation of the East Main Leg bucket conveyor: On or prior to 1/28/20, established troubleshooting procedures were not followed for evaluation of alarm and fault conditions associated with the bucket conveyor system and related equipment, including, but not limited to the PLC unit and 4b T500 Hazard Monitoring System.
