29 CFR 1910.133(a)(3): The employer had not ensure that each affected employee who wears prescription lenses while engaged in operations that involve eye hazards wears eye protection that incorporates the prescription in its design: a) Shear department - On or about 1/30/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to the eye hazards in that no eye protections were provided to employees who wears prescription reading glasses while operating the shear machine for cutting the sheet metals.
