29 CFR 1910.176(b): 29 CFR 1910.76(b): Storage of material shall not create a hazard. On or about January 29, 2020 incompatible chemicals were stored together, some of the chemicals were acid, base and oxidizers, chlorinated and ammonia based chemicals. Inadvertent mixture of these chemicals may cause an exothermic reaction and create heat and may cause other plastic containers to deform, tip and spill its contents into a single drain for more chemicals to mix and react in a pipe.
