29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a.) On or about January 27, 2020, employees were exposed to an overhead struck-by hazard while working below another employee performing masonry work from a tubular welded frame scaffold. The exposed employees were not wearing protective helmets that would protect their heads from injury of impact from falling objects or flying objects.
