29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from liquid chemicals and chemical gases or vapors: a) At the propane tank filling area, on or about January 22, 2020, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that an affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye and face hazards while refilling propane forklift bottles, thereby exposing the employee to chemical hazards.
