OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fall hazards when performing tree felling operations: On or about January 23, 2020, at a job site located at 2030 Burning Tree Lane in Youngstown, Ohio, after completing the cut, an employee prepared to descend the tree had not maintain tie-in at all times prior to climbing. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 35 feet while a loft in the tree.
