29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: Carcoustics USA South Inc., Buford, GA - An employee cleaning tools from the presses and wheels from the box foam by abrasive blasting with dry ice was exposed to noise at 95.1 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 389 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 91 minutes not sampled. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 3/4/20.
