29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): (3) Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. On or about January 20, 2020, and times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure the walking working surface outside the storage trailers was free from hazards such as holes from missing sections of rail road ties. Employees exposed to a tripping hazard.
