29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about January 16, 2020, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing framing activity on a residential home located at 7670 Strausser St. NW North Canton OH 44720. The employees were operating air powered nail guns without protective safety glasses. David Troyer Construction LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336512, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1255 Longshadow Ave NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
