29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. MAINTENANCE SHOP: The maintenance shop was not clean and orderly and contained multiple piles of debris which exposed employees to hazards from falling items, tripping hazards, and fire hazards from the combustible materials scattered throughout the shop.
