29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about January 8, 2020, at the South Plant Department, the employer's own established energy control procedures for the Press 2 head stretcher were not enforced and utilized with respect to machine shut down, exposing employees to caught-in hazards.
