29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: On or about 1/13/2020, in the production area at 2555 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta, GA: Employees elevated in a work platform attached to the forks of a powered industrial truck to perform maintenance on the facility or equipment are exposed to a fall hazard at heights of approximately 15 feet or more from ground level. The employer failed to provide fall protection training to the exposed employees.
