29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about 01/13/2020 in a wooded area near 208 Fisher Road, Andover, New York; The employer did not maintain a program that included frequent and regular inspections to identify and mitigate anticipated hazards prior to and during field operations. Potential hazards include, but are not limited to, stuck or fouled equipment, damaged or rotted poles, work over water, work over ravines. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
