29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. 2775 Bankers Industrials Blvd., Suite D, Doraville, GA (Yale Order Selector) - Employees (designated operators) were exposed fall hazard. Employees are not utilizing the fall protection equipment such as, the full body harness, lanyard and tether line which is equipped inside the "Yale" Order Selector, when working at an elevated level retrieving and/or installing stock material onto the storage racks. The employer is not enforcing the use of fall protection when operating the "Yale" Order Selector, on or about January 8, 2020.
