29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about 1/31/2020 - 2264 Mt Olive Rd, Mount Olive, AL 35117, Receiving/Stockroom, employees working in the stockroom were exposed to trip and fall, smoke inhalation, and fire/burn hazards because the Emergency Exit Access leading to the Emergency Exit Discharge was partially blocked by Roll Trainers, U-Boats, and Vendor carts. Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1263006, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/16/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 19055 US Hwy 31, Vinemont, AL 35179.
