OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to severe laceration hazards from improperly stored kitchen cutting equipment: A.) MUY! Hamburger Partners, LLC dba Wendy's Store #8768, 102 Washington Towne Boulevard, Edinboro, PA 16412, on or about December 5, 2019 and times prior thereto: Employees were exposed to severe laceration hazards from the blades of the knife assemblies for a Prince Castle Lettuce Kutlett (Model Number: SKK2) when the knife assemblies were hanging at the utensil drying station.
