OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to rollover and struck by hazards: a. 2351 US Highway 130, Dayton, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure powered industrial operator restraint devices or seat belts were used. Employees engaged in warehousing activities operated a Toyota, Model 8FB CU25 forklift without using the seatbelt. Violation observed on or about January 2, 2020
