29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about December 23, 2019 the point of operation of the Di-caro hydra-power press brake (serial no. 1-1087) exposed employee(s) to potential amputation injuries due to lack of machine guarding. Entwistle Metal Fabricating, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378617, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 28th, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 4411 Triangle Street, McFarland, WI 53558.
