29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout is used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected. On or about December 17, 2019, the employer failed to conduct its annual audits with each authorized employee on the responsibilities under the specific procedure for RTS 1411B Furnace #6 Dip Out (South). General Aluminum Manufacturing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134563, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1370 Chamberlain Blvd. Conneaut, OH 44030.
