29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a. On or about December 17, 2020, employer failed to protect the employee by allowing the employee to work, stand, and pass under and around the elevated portion of a fork lift while in operation, thereby exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard that resulted in the employee being hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
