29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood whcih completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. (a) Madison Elementary, Wheeling, WV - On or about 12/16/19, an employee was operating a DeWalt table saw with an unguarded blade, exposing employees to amputation hazards.
