29 CFR 1910.134(d)(2)(ii): The employer did not provide an appropriate escape-only respirator that was NIOSH-certified for escape from the IDLH atmosphere in which it was used (Construction Reference 1926.103): (a) On or about October 11, 2019 - 905 State Docks Road, Decatur, M1/M2 area, employees were given escape respirator Honeywell part number 7904 which is intended for use with ammonia. The correct part number was 7902 which is intended for use with acid gases.
