29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(v): Deenergize all systems and reapply energy control measures to continue the servicing and/or maintenance. On or about December 10, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the small packages conveyor leading to the semi-auto loading table was deenergized when replacing/aligning the drive bands. This condition exposed the employee to caught-between hazards.
