29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On 12/10/2019, at the Elberton facility, the employer did not develop, document and implement specific written Lockout procedures for equipment employees were servicing and maintaining. Equipment includes but is not limited to presses, ladder machines and saws.
