29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about November 21, 2019, in the parking garage, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in a service and/or maintenance task, such as repairing the mechanical front plate of the south barrier located in the union station. Thereby exposing employees to crushing and amputation hazards.
