On a commercial roof; employees working at elevations of six feet or more above the lower level are not being protected from fall hazards using fall protection systems: The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on December 3, 2019, when employees performing roofing work on the steep roof of a 7-story commercial hotel, with a 6/12 pitch, located at 12001 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, are not protected from a 84-foot fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection systems.
