29 CFR 1926.752(e): A site-specific erection plan was not developed by a qualified person and was not available at the work site. On or about November 26, 2019, and at times prior, at 120 NW 27th AVE, Miami, Florida, 33315, employees were installing metal decking, during which a site-specific erection plan was not developed by a qualified person and was not available at the work site; therefore exposing the employees to fall and delayed rescue/emergency response hazards. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
