29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: Lobster Line-Mincing Area Employees were exposed to amputation hazards where procedures were not utilized for the control of hazardous energy while working on an LMR-7200 Lobster Meat Extraction Unit where the employees reached into the unit's conveyor system to clear clogged debris while it was in operation.
