29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a. 1631 Paterson Plank Road Secaucus, NJ (Building # 1) On or about November 29, 2019 employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a commercial building. The designated competent person failed to take corrective action to eliminate hazardous conditions associated with fall hazards.
