OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to engulfment hazards: At the facility, on or about November 21, 2019, the employer did not prohibit employees from entering feed storage areas, beyond the trailer controls, during the offloading process where entry and exit into and from the area was obstructed, and presented an engulfment hazard.
