29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) E.W. Bliss C150 Press: On or about November 22, 2019, the employer did not insure employees conducting die changes and adjustments of press die(s) were utilizing established machine specific lockout procedures, exposing employees to caught in, struck by, and crushing hazards.
