29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in the activities covered by this section. On or about November 2, 2019, at the Wabash Wood Products in Harrison, Arkansas; the employer failed to develop specific procedural steps for isolating, and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy when clearing jammed products was performed on the transfer tipples.
