29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Jobsite located at 903 Industrial Highway, Eddystone, PA. Cocoa Prees#3: The employer did not ensure that machine guarding devices adequately protected employees from amputation hazards. The safety switch did not stop the machine operation with the door open when it detached from the coco press. Documented to occur on or about 8 NOV 2019.
