29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee in a hoist area was protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system, personal fall arrest system, or travel restraint system: A) Menard Inc. on or about November 16, 2019 at the location of Building 321, Sortation Department, Lane 94: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing pallet loading activities on sorter lane 94. Employees performing these activities near an unguarded pallet hoisting area were exposed to a fall of 14.5 feet to a concrete surface below.
