29 CFR 1926.950(b)(2)(iii): Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the minimum approach distances specified in this subpart corresponding to the voltages to which the qualified employee will be exposed and the skills and techniques necessary to maintain those distances: On or about November 15, 2019, at jobsite location 831 N. Federal Highway, Hallandale, Florida, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while working near 7,620-volt phase to ground power lines without the employer ensuring that employees were trained to recognize the hazards associated with keeping the minimum approach distance from energized power lines.
