29 CFR 1917.123(a): Illumination in active work areas was not of an average minimum light intensity of 5 foot-candles: a) Berth 1, Colonel's Island Terminal - On or about February 6, 2020 and at times prior to, while loading vehicles onto the Apollon Highway vessel during night hours, illumination in active work areas on the berth was not of an average minimum light intensity of 5 foot-candles, thus exposing employees to struck-by and trip and fall hazards.
