29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about November 14, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not completed a workplace hazard assessment, exposing employees to hazards associated with the use of multiple types of machinery, including but not limited to the hazards of amputation or being caught in rotating parts.
