29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface could support the maximum intended load for that surface: On or about November 13, 2019, an employee performing insurance claims operations was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.5 feet by walking on a roof surface that could not support his weight and was damaged, exposing employees to the hazards of falling through a walking-working surfaces.
