29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 14, 2019, at the Tri-State Iron & Metal Co. in Texarkana, Arkansas employees were performing maintenance and/or servicing on the M27 conveyor system. The Lockout/Tagout Procedure was not utilized.
