29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft and were not protected by nonrotating caps or sleeves: a) Production, Artesian Bread Side of facility, Line 2 between oven and vision system: Unguarded projecting shaft ends projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft, the diameter measured approximately 3/4 of an inch and protruded approximately 1 1/4 inches on or about 11/14/2019. b) Production, Artesian Bread Side of facility, End of Line 4: Unguarded projecting shaft ends projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft, diameter measured approximately 1 inch and protruded approximately 1 3/8 inches the second shaft diameter measured approximately 1 1/4 inch protruded approximately 1 1/4 inches, on or about 11/14/2019.
