29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a): Alpha section C Bag Machines - Unused openings in conduit junction boxes and panels were not effectively closed. Approximately four conduit junction boxes/panels had openings that were not closed, exposing employees to electric shock, on or about, November 12, 2019. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
