29 CFR 1910.27(b)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that no employee uses any anchorage before the employer has obtained written information from the building owner that each anchorage meets the requirements of paragraph (b)(1)(i) of this section and that the employer must keep the information for the duration of the job. a. On or about November 7, 2019, the employer did not obtain or maintain any information from the building owner establishing that the anchor points on the roof, including but not limited to, the angle iron stanchion of an air-conditioning mounting bracket, met the 5,000-pound requirement of this standard, exposing employees to fall hazards.
