29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with using ladders during residential construction. This was most recently documented on or about November 7, 2019 at 9037 Trader Street, Lincoln, NE 68507. The ladder was used by two employees and was not extended over the upper landing surface.
