OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: On or about October 25, 2019, the employees were exposed to hazardous energy when servicing BJ Hydraulic Tongs; Model RS. Employees were exposed to hazardous energy sources such as, but not limited to, pressurized hydraulic fluid and rotating parts when performing activities such as, but not limited to, servicing and maintenance tasks.
