29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: On or about October 30, 2019, at a car dealership building under construction located at 3980 SE Federal Highway in Stuart, Florida, the employer did not report an inpatient hospitalization within 24 hours, when an employee sustained severe injuries from falling off an extension ladder as he was climbing over a parapet wall on October 14, 2019.
