29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): At the worksite located at 544 North Avenue, Moberly, Missouri 65270, employee's were exposed to struck-by hazards from the Yale 30VX forklift model: GLC030VXNURE082. The emergency brake was found to be defective and had not been taken out of service until it was in safe operating condition.
